Our services are offered subject to availability and climatic conditions. Services and offerings may change or end at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Requirements for booking a charter include:

  • Being no less than 18 years old
  • Presenting comprehensive and accurate details
  • Payment of the necessary deposit as noted in the booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Reservations are only considered confirmed with our issuance of a written affirmation and receipt of payment. We reserve the right to not provide service at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charters depend on the availability of ships and suitable weather conditions. Every reasonable effort to meet your requested dates and times will be made.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are expressed in € and cover all relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to adjustments at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the overall charter cost required at the time of booking
  • Final Payment: Due 48 hours before the charter sets sail
  • Additional fees (if applicable): To be paid upon completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept primary credit cards, direct bank transfers, and certified checks. Our payment systems are secure and encrypted.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • 72 hours or more before departure: Full reimbursement minus processing costs
  • 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund issued

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should weather conditions be considered unsafe by our captain, we will offer to:

  • Postpone your charter to another available date at no extra fee
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling isn't feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there's a mechanical issue with the vessel intended for your trip, we will strive to provide a suitable replacement. Should no alternative be possible, a full refund will be extended.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

It is required that all passengers:

  • Adhere strictly to the directives of the ship's crew
  • Wear any safety gear as instructed when necessary
  • Declare any health conditions that might impact their safety
  • Stay within designated areas aboard the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly forbidden on board:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Excessive non-alcoholic beverages (beyond reasonable personal consumption)
  • Pets (except for those pre-approved)

6.3 Conduct

Visitors are expected to behave in a civil manner. We maintain the right to halt a charter prematurely without a refund if a passenger's behavior presents a danger or ruins the experience of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our accountability is restricted to the sum paid for your charter. We disclaim liability for:

  • Personal injuries caused by your own negligence
  • Destruction or loss of your personal belongings
  • Indirect, incidental, or sanctions of punitive nature
  • Delays due to weather or situations beyond our influence

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We maintain all-encompassing marine insurance that covers our vessels and operations. Charterers are responsible for their travel and personal insurance provisions.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By engaging in our yacht services, you acknowledge the intrinsic dangers of maritime activities and take personal responsibility for your safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Adjustments to itineraries, paths, or schedules may be made due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational needs. We will endeavor to provide an experience of comparable value.

9. Force Majeure

Occurrences beyond our control, and therefore not our liability, include but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather scenarios
  • Natural calamities
  • Regulatory decrees
  • Closures of ports
  • Vessel malfunctions
