Each charter comes with a skilled crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Various charters include different offerings — for instance, sunset tours come with select beverages and light snacks, while business charters offer meeting amenities and professional catering services.
When should I reserve my charter?
Booking your charter 2–3 weeks ahead is advisable, particularly during the high season (May–September). For business gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance gives more options and time for personalization.
What is the protocol if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our foremost concern. Should the captain determine that the weather is not safe, we'll suggest a new date for your charter or issue a full refund. We vigilantly track meteorological conditions and will reach out to you if any concerns arise 24 hours prior to your planned departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, personal food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted on board. Conversely, we provide excellent catering services tailored to your taste. Note that for security reasons, glass containers are not allowed.
Do you have yachts that are accessible for individuals with mobility challenges?
We are committed to accommodating all our guests. Some of our yachts are fitted with better features for accessibility than others. It's best to communicate your specific requirements at the time of booking so we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and arrange any necessary support.
Could you detail your cancellation policy?
If a cancellation occurs 72 hours before departure, a full refund is provided. Those occurring between 24 to 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours cannot be refunded unless they are due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical problems from our side.
